The smell of fresh baked bread runs through the kitchen and when you slice down, the crust crackles beautifully. Oh yes, you all know this scene. And you know you love it. Kerrygold melted over bread is DELISH, but what you need to take the taste to the status of “heavenly” is the jam. Preferably homemade, but since I’ve none to boast of – this time at least – St. Dalfour’s Raspberry and Pomegranate serves it’s purpose. Thick and slightly tangy to the taste but followed by an amazing combination of the fruit spread’s full sweetness. Pick up a jar for only 1.95 quids.
