The world is holding its breath as tension surmounts in Israel and the Middle East. April’s Monocle reports Prime Minister Benhamin Netanyahu to have increased the 2012 defense budget by six percent in response to political instabilities in the Middle Eastern nations. According to New York Times, an Israeli offense meant to counter Iran’s insistence on acquiring nuclear weapons would be “a huge and highly complex operation” – repercussions? – even while hostilities inflate due to suspicion and accusations thrown at Iran for the New Delhi bombing. Yet despite all this and more on the strained political news reels, Tel Aviv seems to be a creative center for all architectural experimentation.
